1. Who we are

2. Products and descriptions
We sell women’s clothing, including kurtis, suits, sarees and night wear. We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Handwoven, hand-block-printed and natural fabrics can vary slightly in colour, print placement and texture from piece to piece and from what you see on screen; these variations are part of the craft and are not defects.
Measurements are given in our size guide and size charts. Please check them before ordering.
3. Prices
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are not subject to SST unless stated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as offered at checkout). We never see or store your full card details. An order is only confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment to us.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Malaysia with Pos Malaysia. Dispatch times, charges and what to do if a parcel is delayed are set out in our Shipping & delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
See our Returns, refunds & cancellations policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
9. Website content
Photographs, text and logos on this website belong to Cotton Sutra or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow this.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on the website when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
