Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Malaysia — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan — with Pos Malaysia. We do not ship outside Malaysia at the moment.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your parcel, and you always see it before you pay. We do not offer free delivery.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to Pos Malaysia within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, Pos Malaysia usually delivers within 2–4 working days to Peninsular Malaysia and 4–7 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. These are estimates from the courier and are not guaranteed.
Problems with delivery
- Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout; Pos Malaysia may call you before delivery.
- If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will raise it with Pos Malaysia.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours.
