• Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items purchased during sales, promotions or clearance offers.
• Items purchased with special discounts or promotional pricing.
• Customised or specially requested orders.
• Pre-order items, unless the item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns simply because the colour, print or design looks slightly different from what you expected, as minor variations may occur due to photography, lighting and screen settings.

3. Size & Fitting

We encourage customers to check the measurements provided in each product listing before making a purchase.

• Please refer to our size chart before selecting your size.
• Allow for minor measurement variations due to the nature of garment production.
• Exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer are not guaranteed and will be considered subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered for eligible cases, including confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed items, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item, Cotton Sutra will bear the reasonable return or redelivery costs.
• For other approved exchanges, customers may be responsible for the applicable shipping charges, where permitted by law.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning an item.
